Informs you that the data you provide will be processed for the purposes of management practice to obtain the services you request, and the activities related to it. Point A - Category of Data and Purpose of processing

It is specified that in case of lack of consent will not be possible to follow up the purpose of the treatment. Limited to the data you give consent to Processing, these will be used for the management of automated decision processes. In case of lack of consent to the processing of data there will be no automated decision-making processes (e.g. any treatment aimed to analyze or predict aspects of the professional performance, behavior, etc ...).

Point B - Hold Time Since the
data collected will be kept by the time of the application and up to 10 years following the end of the report, subject to special laws; term in which they will be destroyed.

In relation to the processing of personal data, the following rights are guaranteed:

The right to orally receive Informative content.
The right of access to your personal data.
The right of rectification of inaccurate data and integration of incomplete data.
The right to data erasure (Right to Be Forgotten).
The right to restrict processing of data.
The right to data portability.
The right to object to automated processing.
The right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Guarantor of Privacy).
