Intrepid Larth Trail
"A hiking and sightseeing itinerary, a cultural pilgrimage touching sites of immense artistic and natural value. A truly magical experience, this path is accessible in all seasons and suitable even for beginners. An immersion into the History, Nature, and Culture of a charming land, suspended between Umbria and Lazio.

The "Path of the Intrepid Larth" is a trekking and cycling route that winds for about 58 kilometers through three stages: Orvieto, Bolsena and Civita di Bagnoregio, connecting three places of great historical and cultural interest.
The itinerary is dedicated to the figure of the Etruscan warrior Larth Cupures, nicknamed “the intrepid,” whose image appears in a sculpture preserved in the Faina Museum in Orvieto.
It’s a route that promotes sustainable and active tourism, includes sections of the Via Francigena and is suitable for hikers of different skill levels.
It can be traveled in all seasons and offers not only stunning landscapes but also the opportunity to discover hidden treasures.
The Path is indeed meant to be a tribute to the Etruscan history that distinguishes us and to enhance the territory surrounding Lake Bolsena.
